Scribed Software — est. 2026

Software shaped
to your business,
not the other way around.

Who this is for

If your team has been working around your software for years — patching it with spreadsheets, sticky notes, and three different logins — we built Scribed for you.

— Owners who know their business better than any vendor does

What we do

Four ways we help.

We start with how your business actually runs today. Then we build, replace, or remove software until it fits.

01

Custom internal tools

Spreadsheets are powerful — until they aren't. We turn fragile workbooks and one-off processes into simple, reliable software your team actually wants to use.

02

System integration

Make your accounting, point-of-sale, scheduling, CRM, and inventory talk to each other. One source of truth — instead of five tabs and a copy-paste.

03

Workflow automation

The repetitive things your team does every Monday morning, every month-end, every time a customer signs up — quietly handled in the background.

04

Software audits & second opinions

Before you sign a six-figure contract or commit to a vendor for five years, talk to someone who has no stake in the outcome. We'll read the fine print with you.

How we work

A short, honest process.

No discovery decks. No statements of work the length of a novel. We talk to you, write down what we heard, and start building.

  1. Conversation

We spend half a day in your business — at your shop, your clinic, your back office. We watch how work actually moves.

    Week 1
  2. Plain-English plan

A short document, written for you — not for an engineer. It says what we'll build, what we won't, and what it'll cost.

    Week 1
  3. Build

Working software in two to six weeks, in your hands the whole time. You'll see it every Friday. You'll tell us what's off. We'll fix it.

    Weeks 2–6
  4. Hand-off

You own the code. You own your data. We stick around for support as long as you want us — and not a day longer.

Who we work with

Owner-run businesses.

We're at our best with companies between five and a hundred and fifty employees, where one person — or a small team — actually makes the call on what to use.

Why we exist

Most business software is built for the biggest customer in the room. The vendor adds features for them, and everyone else inherits the mess.

We think that's backwards. Your business has its own logic. Your software should follow.

Frequently asked

Honest answers.

Are we too small for you?
Probably not. We work with businesses doing anywhere from $500k to $50M in revenue. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you on the first call — and point you somewhere better.
What does this cost?
Most engagements run between $15,000 and $80,000, depending on scope. We quote a fixed price up front, before any work begins. No hourly billing surprises.
Do we have to throw out our current software?
Almost never. Usually the right answer is to keep what's working, replace what isn't, and tie the pieces together. We're not in the rip-and-replace business.
What happens if we want to leave?
You take everything with you. The code, the data, the documentation — yours, from day one. No lock-in, no licensing trap.
Do you use AI?
Where it earns its keep, yes. Where it doesn't, no. We won't sell you something just because it's the word of the year.

Tell us what doesn't fit. We'll tell you if we can help.
